By using Thee Culture.com you are agreeing to comply with our terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Thee Culture (“we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to use of the Thee Culture website as well as any other media channel, mobile website, or social media.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THEE CULTURE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY. 

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on Thee Culture from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of these Terms and Conditions. It is the responsibility of the user to periodically review these Terms and Conditions to stay up to date. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms and Conditions by your continued use of Thee Culture after the date such revised Terms and Conditions are posted. 

The information provided on Thee Culture is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access Thee Culture from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, Thee Culture is our proprietary property. All audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics unless otherwise noted are owned by, licensed, controlled by, or granted for use to us. The content provided on the Theculture.com “AS IS” is for your information and personal use only. No part of Thee Culture should be republished, uploaded, or publicly displayed for commercial purposes without our express prior written permission.  

 

Customers

Customers using Thee Culture are prohibited from doing the following: 

To circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of Theeculture.com. This includes features that prevent/restrict the use of any content limits site usage

Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, Thee Culture and/or Theeculture.com.

Use the support services improperly, or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.

Harass, abuse, or harm another person using any information obtained from Theeculture.com.

Attempt to upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other materials (including excessive use of capital letters and spamming) that interferes with any party’s uninterrupted use of your Thee Culture and its features.

Use scripts, data-mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools to send comments or messages.

Impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user.

Leave malicious or fraudulent reviews on products, store pages, or on social media accounts owned by Thee Culture. 

Product Disputes

Should your order arrive damaged or incorrect please reach out to [email protected] with photos and a description of your situation within 10 days of receiving your order.  

Every effort is made to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on Theeculture.com . However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change. 

Shipping and Handling: 

Orders will be shipped through UPS or USPS. The delivery time for all orders will be 4-5 days depending on whether the customer selects expedited shipping at checkout. Orders over $100 USD will require a signature upon delivery. 

Processing time for all orders will take between 1-3 days. Customers will be alerted through their email of their order status.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Paypal is also an acceptable form of payment. 

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via Thee Culture. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in USD. 

You agree to pay all charges at the price and then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. 

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed on Thee Culture.com. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantitates purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method,  and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, distributors, or from a customer with a history of chargebacks. 

Refunds and returns

Full Refunds can be requested within the first 10 days of receiving an item. After 10 days please contact [email protected] for further assistance. If you are dissatisfied with your item, your item arrives damaged, or your order is incorrect the following options are available to you. 

  • If you receive a damaged item or you receive the wrong order and you do not wish to go through the exchange process and do not wish to  receive store credit, you are entitled to a full refund upon shipping the item back to us. We will cover the cost of shipping and handling. 
  • If you receive a damaged item or the wrong order, and wish to exchange, we will pay for the item to be shipped back to us in exchange for a new one. You are entitled to store credit should your desired item no longer be in stock. 
  • If after the 10 day period you are dissatisfied with your item please contact [email protected] for support and assistance. 

If your package is lost or stolen contact the postal service responsible for delivering your package or us so that we may do so on your behalf. 

 

The following items cannot be returned and therefore are not eligible for full refunds: 

Soaps, Cosmetics, Used Candles, Stained or used clothing, Hair products, food or beverages.
